hi there I am new to this site, i have a 1.6 a3 which is my pride and joy.
before when i was driving when the engine became hot it had no power what so ever . revved to 2000 and nothing else. It came up as engine speed sensor, so the cam and crank sensors were both changed about 5 months ago.
then yesterday i was driving doing about 30/40 it just cut out on me. I dropped it to 2nd and nothing it just rolled to a stop. I tried turning it over and it kept wanting to start and didnt turn over. Few minutes later it started first time.
the machiene come up with intimitent speed sensor or something please help!
i been told to get a new cam shaft please help!
