Chipping my A3 1.8T QS
I am going to get my car chipped, but am unsure as to the dealer implications. It is a 2001 model and has a 12 month warranty as it is obviously used.
I am thinking of taking it to get the Revo chip at Big Boys Toys in Thurrock. There is also a company called QSTuning (Kim Colllins) although this does not offer as high power gains and is more expensive.
I am not going to put an exhaust or anything else on it as my wife drives it during the day and will hate it.
I am also not going to tell her it has been chipped, just pop out in it and come back a few hours later (grinning)
Any advice would be great.
