facelift S3 rear lights

Guys,
I have pre-facelift S3 2000 plate and was wondering if facelift rear lights would fit without any mods? do i need to replace the bulb holder or bulbs?

one of my lights is smashed so i'm thinking to replace with facelift ones.

Has anyone got any to sell?
