    I did... it didnt fit,
I had to swap the space saver with one of the rear wheels first.
Then put that on the front

I ask questions because i change my mind so much. If i ask questions you have already covered... just leave it be?

The spare tyre in the boot, it's very thin to save space.

This is the correct procedure, how do I know? because I got a stupid flat on my car, and of course, I didn't know I was suppose to put a rear wheel on the front and space saver on the rear, so after f'ing and blinding for 20 minutes, I limped it to the tyre place with hazzards on with my flat tyre, killing it in the process. Of course I've since had bigger rear brakes fitted too, but I don't know if the space saver goes over them!? lol

The LCRs must have a bigger space saver that might fit in the s3 boot perhaps? although without 4wd I imagine theres more space for a more suitable replacement in the boot of an LCR.

Ah, small problem there then, they are some sexy wheels though. I think you can get a canister of filler that you attach to the air valve so you can drive on the punctured tyre, I think that comes instead of a space saver on some expensive cars

Same happened to me. I only realised when I got to tyre place that I could have removed one of the rears and put it on the front. Not my finest hour.

im not looking for an option to get around the problem of if i get a flaty.. i have been meaning to buy a 5x112 space saver for ages so that will be that problem solved,
Im trying to be crafty and get some awnsers as i have a plan for some new winter wheels (will be back to 5x100) but needed the awnser to this question. now im really stumped as they dont fit....
