Please help me with an A3 door problem.

Hi everyone, i'm just in need of a little help my 2000 A3 has been a little ripper but i had a problem just a few minutes ago. Came home from the beach when i pullined into my drive way the door latch on the inside was working anymore. I could only open the door using the exterior handle.

Now the latch was working fine when i got to the beach in letting me out of the car, but when i got home...maybe i need to go back to the beach.

Has this happened to anyone else? Can i fix it myself somehow without needing to have it checked?

It's a two door and the inside latch works fine on the passenger side...what have i done?

could be one of the bars that has become unattached you will need toi take the door card off and look at the handle to lock bar.

anyhow im well pisd off u have just come back from the beach and im doing a 12 hr night shift and it freezing in here /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif oh well at least someones having fun /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
