Internal Lighting

Twice now I have started my car on a cold dark morning and turned on the front lights but the interior lights for the dash, air vents, mirror adjuster, hazard light and so on didn't light up? These came on after 10 to 15 minutes.
Has this happened anyone else?

It makes the car a bit dangerous in the city outskirts as I can't see what speed I'm doing. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I took my car back to the Audi Dealers where I bought it and they discovered the dials required changing. I was told that it was a fault in the "Audi-Electrics" that are behind the dials. I was lucky by 1 month that it was still within the Audi Parts Warranty where as I would have been forking out over €300 after €540 for a service two weeks ago. Well the €540 included four brake pads too so I'm nor so sure if it was overly expensive. Glad it cost me nothing to have the dials sorted though.
