Took my concert stereo out, plugged back in, and now cd player in boot dosent work???

Bizzare to say the least, i removed my concert stereo system, and installed my alpine, need an adapter for the 8 speakers etc, however unplugged it, then plugged back in my concert, and now its not playing the cds from the boot, nor will it eject the cd stack, its as if there is no power to it now, also the steering controls have stopped working, it dosent make any sence. The radio works but thats it.

I cant of broken it surely!?

Can you beleive it, i hadent plugged something in, it was hidden down the back out of sight, thought i had plugged everything in, but guess not lol might as well close this post now.
