People with front fogs please help :)

Hi, i just fitted front fogs to my 2001 A3. They work fine except when i put full beam on the fogs turn off. Same when i flash the full beam the fogs will go off then back on... Is this normal? or have i gone wrong with the wiring somewhere?

Thats normal on some cars, me old A4 did that, my later one does not. So it may not be somethign you did wrong but something to do with German spec wiring etc
