Can someone give me an idiots guide to fitting a Forge 007p dump valve?

Can someone please explain how to fit a forge 007p dump valve to a 2000 A3 1.8T Sport Quattro.
I now nothing about engines and when lifting the bonnet I have no idea where to even start so an idiots guide would be a great help!

I really is simple, 3 hoses... loosen clips, take all 3 off DV, remove DV, put new DV in, place hoses back on DV, tighten hoses.
