Indicators go on but dont flash

Hi guys my A3 developed an annoying problem my indicators go on but dont flash,what's the problem?
 
or it could just be a fuse - check all the fuses. If not it could be the hazard relay switch
 
Search for hazard switch, loads on this fault (one two days ago)
