you can make it blip when locking by using VCDS and going into the central locking part, making a note of the first number and adding 1024 to it and bobs ur aunty

so if its 56983 you add 1024 and you get 58007. put that number in instead and YAY

I only discovered my old A4 had adjustable lumbar support when a bloke came to test drive it when I was selling it! I'd had that car for over 2 years.

Nearly 3 years and I'm still tracking down boost leaks!

Talking about things you might not know about your car. Did you know you can put the climate control panel into a diag mode and it can display such things as MPH, RPM, water temp?

I'll try and find the instructions.

Here you go you lucky people:

Press and hold the recirculation button. Then press the manual flow control up arrow. You should see a 1c. Press the temperature up ("+") or down ("-") buttons to select a code number. Then press the recirculation button again. The value should display. Press the temperature up or down button again to display another code.

NOTE: Air Flow Motor (V 71) and Potentiometer (G 113) are not installed in USA/Canada vehicles. Disregard values displayed for these components.

    Code Displayed Value

1 System malfunction - displayed as a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC), see chart below
