Hi, looking to replace my rear pads and discs this weekend myself. Feel pretty confident and i've got a mate helping. One thing tho, my haynes manual says I'll need to replace the 'guide pin bolts'. So what I want to know is: do i need to do this, would they be supplied with the pads, or where could i get them from?

All help info and tips appreciated re this job.

Thanks

If it makes a difference it's on a 2001 TDI 130.

most pads will come with new bolts. worst case you can reuse the old ones if you apply thread lock

as stated above make sure you have a pressure rewind tool, impossible with out one, infact was nearly impossible with one on my car.
