Gasket between K04 and 3" Downpipe

Hi Guys.
Just bought a 3" Pipewerx DP and sports cat for my S3. got a milltek cat back on now.
I also bought a high flow cast manifold.
And im not sure what gasket i need between turbo and DP.. can i use a new oem one ? or is it too small inner dim on that ?

Anybody know the bolt circle on the K04 flange --> downpipe ??
possible 3-7/8" ?? and how do I measure bolt circle ?

interesting, why would there be any losses at all? will it be a bigger bore than standard, surely this will improve torque and bhp throughout, if not remain at least the same at some revs.
