Little Power on start, Put Load on the top end

Hi, I not sure if this has been cover or i am looking at the wrong threads (sorry if it been covered).
When i pull of there dons't seam to much power (IE a corsa Overtakes) but loads of power from about 60.
I heard a sound like wind coming out, I just had it service but the garage doesn't think there a leak, He think it just the turbo been turned down.

What car do you have, what model, petrol, diesel, some more info would help mate.

Have you had the car on any diagnostics??

If not, see if you can get the car on VAGCOM, that should tell you if there are any leaks or other faults that will be causing this.

Hi Sorry,
It a 1998 1.8 turbo.
Not had it on any Dignostics yet, Hoping it is something easy to fix. Much do the Vagcom normal cost.

id say there is a big boost leak and its taking an age to pressurise the manifold

Thanks for the advise, Looking for a place near Mansfield that can do a full dia and boost leak, Last time i will be going to my local garage
