difference between fwd and 4wd coilover kits

been offered a set of coilovers but they are for a fwd! what exactly is the difference? from what i can see, only the rear shocks look different!

any help would be good!

Not sure mate, but I've been told reliably in the past that the front's won't fit the Quattro if made for a FWD.

I got told that direct from manufacturer.
