On hard acceleration / quick shifting, the engine actually twists a bit in the bay. The dog bone mount helps to limit / soften this twisting. The std mount has rubber bushes which are soft and wear down semi-quickly. The uprated Poly bushes are less compliant, so don't allow as much engine movement. The "downside" is that the harder bushes transfer more engine vibration into the chassis. Personally, this doesn't bother me much, and it goes away after a bit. I didn't realize how much the engine actually twisted until I got the Neuspeed bushes and it went away /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
Bit of a long reply I guess /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/lol.gif
