Hi,
i have a 2002 1.8t A3 and the engine light is on, but all seems well???, i checked all pipework and found that one of the breather pipes had split, so went to the main dealer and paid £34 for a 4 inch x 1 inch peice of rubber pipe
!! anyway thought that would do it but its still on!!
I just thought i would find out if there were any usual/common causes for this before i pay for a diagnostics session. the car has been re-mapped if that is of any use, any help would be great
