Hi looked today when was changing me dv and see one of the fans spinning but not the other fan i went to spin it and it was rock hard no movment onlt went using your hands at a push,i say it is knackard lol,its the drivers side one the little one not the passanger one the big one,can any body tell me what the little fan is ment to do thanks alot
