I am in need of new battery but when I've taken my car into three Kwik Fits and 1 Halfords, no one seems to be able to disconnect the battery, the "normal" way. How strange is this....can anyone advise what is holding the battery down, or rather how to access so we can release the clamp and disconnect the battery as one usually would, disconnecting the minue then the positive wires.
Don't wanna have to go into Audi and pay as quaoted £196 for new battery and fit
